hospitality industry. The usage of robots can result in terms of speed, cost-efficient, and
even reliability.

For instance, robots help automate check-in and check-out, carry luggage and acts as
concierges, or for room service.

3. Sustainability

Sustainability is currently one of the most popular trends in the hospitality and tourism
industry. Social and environmental issues are becoming more prominent in people's
minds. As a result, they are becoming more cautious about the brands with which they
interact. Some businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, are now switching to
recyclable plastics, reusable containers, and ethically sourced products.

4. Internet of Things (IoT)

Guests are drawn to the concept of incorporating the Internet of Things (IoT) into a hotel.
It provides them with a high level of comfort and efficiency, as well as a sense of luxury.
Hotels that use IoT to control room settings, they may collect more data on their guests,
resulting in a more personalized experience when they return.

For instance, IoT technology can be used in hotel rooms to provide customers with a
device that associates with everything from the lights and air conditioning, allowing them
to be controlled from one spot. While in airports, luggage cases can be equipped with
sensors that will alert passengers when they pass by.
