 PN 49-117-10, (A/C applicability: A319, A320)

 PN 49-170-07,(A/C applicability: A318, A319, A320, A321)
 PN 49-170-11, (A/C applicability: A318, A319, A320, A321)

DIEHL SFCC:

 PN 200301E00000206 (A/C applicability: A318, A319, A320, A321)

 PN 200301E00000308 (A/C applicability: A318, A319, A320, A321)
 PN 200301E00000309 (A/C applicability: A318, A319, A320, A321)

History:

1) SFCC P/N -206 was introduced in production in December 2010 (MOD39206).

NOTE: P/N 200301E00000206 cannot be fitted on A318, A319 and A320 aircraft having the ACT
(Additional Center Tank) configuration. Relevant AOT A27N002-12 provided the affected aircraft MSN
and required the replacement of DIELH SFCC PN 200301E00000206 by BAE SFCC.

2) SFCC P/N -308 was introduced in production in June 2013, featuring new hardware as corrective action to
above concern.

3) SFCC PN -309 was introduced in year 2017.

Description

What are the interchangeability and mixability rules between different SFCC standards?

Solution

General condition for all A320famCEO aircraft:

1. BAE Systems SFCC can replace DIEHL SFCC providing a LIEBHERR CSU is fitted
2. DIEHL SFCC P/N -206 can replace BAE Systems SFCC and DIELH SFCC PN 200301E00000308 &
200301E00000309 on A318, A319 and A320 aircraft if not fitted with Additional Center Tank (A319CJ
and A321 not impacted)

DIEHL SFCC P/N -308 can replace BAE Systems SFCC without condition

On A318 CEO:

 PN 49-117-10 cannot be installed.

 PN 49-170-07 & PN 49-170-11 are 2 way interchangeable and mixable,

 PN 49-170-07, 49-170-11 are 2 way interchangeable with PN 200301E00000206 under condition (1)(2),

 PN 49-170-07, 49-170-11 are 2 way interchangeable with PN 200301E00000308 under condition (1),

 SFCC P/N 200301E00000206 & 200301E00000308 are 2 way interchangeable and mixable under
condition (2),

 SFCC P/N 200301E00000308 is two way interchangeable and mixable with SFCC P/N
200301E00000309
