Student A: You work for Hoffmann Records. Write an email to Einstein’s

tour manager ( Student B). Ask them to make sure there are no more
problems with Redding Hotels.

To: Mr. B- Einstein’s tour manager

Subject: ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT DAMAGE CAUSE.

Dear Mr.B,

I’m writing to announce to you that your rock group-Einstein has caused unacceptable
problems at Redding Hotels. The Customer Relations Manager of the Hotels, Alice Chan,
sent an email telling us all the problems. They are really angry and warn us that they will
stop letting your group use the hotels if the problem still continues.

We are really disappointed to know the problem. So I send this email to inform that all
members who cause the problem must take responsibility. They should contact the hotel
manager to apologize and pay for the damage immediately when they receive this
announcement.

This problem also proves that your management doesn’t work well. I want to hear
your solution. And we want you to know that, if any more problems happen, we will
immediately stop supporting your groups more. Nothing embarrassing is accepted one
more time.

solutions to the problems with concert revenues.

Subject: Solutions for the problem with concert revenue

Dear Miss A,

I’m writing to ask if you could find a solution to the problems we met. We will have two
concerts in Iowa and Kansas, but there are some revenue problems. The stadiums you
have rented in Iowa and Kansas are not large enough to contain all the audiences. But the
tickets have been published and sold out. With those stadiums, it can be sure that there
will be not enough seats for everyone. So how can we explain with the audiences who
paid for the tickets in this situation?

Disappointing Einstein’s fans will cause many big problems. So I hope you find the
solutions as soon as possible. If you don’t offer us bigger revenues, we won’t know how
to solve this problem.
