My name is Asywida Fahmi. I am 27 years old and graduated from Shipbuilding Institute of
Polytechnic Surabaya with 5 years experiences in Mechanical and Piping projects especially in power
plant sector.

2. What are your strengths? 

I am able to create solid environment for my team to boost the spirit and stimulate the team
brainstorming section.

Sometimes I forget the time when I work overtime

Purchase a house or a car.

Running a mart and coffee shops.

I mostly reacting and finding the solution for the problems currently I encountered with.

Depends on my position, if I am the decision maker I should move on and accept all risk, if not then I

1. Tell me about your last three positions?

My last three positions are given me more power on these things: scheduling, reporting, monitoring

I ever been prepared weekly schedule for the next three weeks to classify and find the bottleneck
earlier. Then, I make the report in daily and monthly model which contains manpower mobilization,
site condition, productivity and obstacle to my goals. To support my team, I also check and inspect
the raw or vendor material to ensure their dimensions and visuals before I make the request to
release them.

2. Tell me about your last position?

My last position focusing on timeline preparation (start-end schedule), s-curve and peak point
determination, material breakdown request and weekly reporting. The timeline which I prepared is
provided in two models: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

3. Why do you want to leave your current job?

I am looking for better opportunity and challenging position to develop my skill and learn more
things.

4. Where did you tell your boss you were going?

I tell him that I need to rest at home and then I start to look for better opportunity and challenging
position to develop my skill and learn more things.

Project Manager and Construction Manager

Happiness is something we have to grow, pursue and put some struggle in it.

1. How do you balance both your family and your job?

I always prefer family over everything, if my family in an emergency situation, I always talk to my
superior and handover the job to the selected or hired person which my superior agree with before I
leave.

1. What do you do when you’re having difficulty solving a problem?

I will discuss it to my upper-level boss and even to the other the department if it is necessary.

2. How do you handle conflict?

I study the core of the problems first. If it the work interfaces, I have to determine the priority and
their milestone on the schedule. If it is personal matters, then I will make them sit on the same desk
and discuss the problem together.

3. Do you like to work by yourself or with others?

I think I love both.
