* Advanced product quality planning process (Timing charts, Documentation )
* Failure mode effective analysis (FMEA and updation)
* Statistical process control (Process capability , Process capability index, control charts)
* Measurement system analysis (Gauge R&R, Stability, Linearity, Bias)
1.4 Knowledge of System documentation (policy, Objectives, manual, Procedure, Data sheets, Formats)
1.5 Knowledge of Product documentation (PFD, FMEA, Control plan)
1.6 Knowledge of Customer specific requirements
1.7 Knowledge of Auditing techniques and audit check list
1.8 Knowledge of Procedure for internal auditing
1.9 Knowledge of Formats used in recording internal audit results
1.1 How to Plan , Conduct, write Audit reports, NC reports and Closure of Audit findings
1.11 Knowledge of Verification methods of corrective actions taken w.r.t internal audit NC's
1.12 Completion of Internal audit training /certificate.
1.13 At least one Audit to be done in the Year.

2.1 Procedure for manufacturing process audit and recording audit results
2.2 Knowledge of Manufacturing process in PSPL
2.3 Knowledge of Manufacturing process audit check list
2.4 Knowledge of applicable Quality system procedures against each check points
2.5 Knowledge of Contents of applicable control plan, work instructions, Operation standards,
2.6 Knowledge of Process parameter records
2.7 Knowledge of Set up approval reports
2.8 Knowledge of Collection of evidences against each check points
2.9 How to take Decision on applicability of check points
2. 10 Knowledge of Scoring of performance against each check point
2.11 Knowledge of Customer complaints verifications
2.12 Knowledge on Any customer specific requirements towards process
