IN RE: PETITION FOR RECONSTITUTION OF
ORIGINAL COPY OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
OF TITLE NO. 323866 ISSUED BY THE REGISTRY
OF DEEDS OF QUEZON CITY AND ISSUANCE OF
NEW OWNER’S COPY OF SAID TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 323866,
LRC CASE NO. R-OZN-20-08097-LR
SPS. REUBEN CARLOS & SHERYL-ANN A.
CARLOS, represented herein by their Attorney-
in-Fact, RIZAL RUIZ SORIANO,
Petitioners.
In today’s videoconference hearing for the continuation of petitioners’
presentation of evidence, petitioners’ counsel Atty. Grajo Albano, petitioner
Reuben Carlos, SACP Joselito Bacolor, and Atty. Diwa Bontuyan, counsel for the
National Power Corporation, were present.
During the hearing, Atty. Bontuyan manifested to the Court the
circumstances of the sale between Gloria Rebultan and the National Power
Corporation and that the National Power Corporation is waiving the restrictions
in the deed of sale. He also manifested that based on his verification, the
discrepancy in the technical description of the property in the deed of sale
between the National Power Corporation and Gloria Rebultan was likely an error
on the part of the National Power Corporation.
Thereafter, Atty. Albano proceeded to present his witness, Mr. Reuben
Carlos, who completed his testimony.
As petitioners had no other witness to present, Atty. Albano requested for
ten (10) days from today to file a written formal offer which the Court granted.
The other parties are given a period of five (5) days from receipt of petitioners’
formal offer to file their comment. Upon the expiration of the period to file
comment, with or without such comment, petitioners’ formal offer shall be
submitted for resolution.
SO ORDERED.
Given in open court this 9" day of July 2021.
