R-OZN-20-08097-LR SPS. REUBEN CARLOS & SHERYL-ANN A. CARLOS, represented herein by their Attorney- in-Fact, RIZAL RUIZ SORIANO, Petitioners. In today’s videoconference hearing for the continuation of petitioners’ presentation of evidence, petitioners’ counsel Atty. Grajo Albano, petitioner Reuben Carlos, SACP Joselito Bacolor, and Atty. Diwa Bontuyan, counsel for the National Power Corporation, were present. During the hearing, Atty. Bontuyan manifested to the Court the circumstances of the sale between Gloria Rebultan and the National Power Corporation and that the National Power Corporation is waiving the restrictions in the deed of sale. He also manifested that based on his verification, the discrepancy in the technical description of the property in the deed of sale between the National Power Corporation and Gloria Rebultan was likely an error on the part of the National Power Corporation. Thereafter, Atty. Albano proceeded to present his witness, Mr. Reuben Carlos, who completed his testimony. As petitioners had no other witness to present, Atty. Albano requested for ten (10) days from today to file a written formal offer which the Court granted. The other parties are given a period of five (5) days from receipt of petitioners’ formal offer to file their comment. Upon the expiration of the period to file comment, with or without such comment, petitioners’ formal offer shall be submitted for resolution. SO ORDERED. Given in open court this 9" day of July 2021.
