I hereby declare that:

 I will check the ward’s setup before the exam

 The camera recording will be un-paused for the stipulated duration
 There will be no entity in the room (to prevent help) nor any of the unauthorized materials (such
as- textbooks, worksheet)
 The surroundings will be completely like an examination hall

I am well aware that, if there is any mal practice, then Cambridge International, will have the authority
to hold the results or even disqualify the candidates from writing any further exams till 5 years.
