In coming years, the awareness for healthy life and fitness is increasing amongst people.
People today prefer to consume high quality food with assured health benefits in their daily
meals. Organic food has emerged out to be an attractive preference for these people due to
its premium quality, hygiene, natural texture, no adulteration and various health benefits.
Organic products are acquiring high demand but due to its low supply and less producers at
distant places, the price always remains on a higher side.
Mostly the material used for the final products will be produced in-house only. With time
will add further products like Honey, Peanut butter, etc.
CUSTOMER SEGMENT
All these finished products will be sold at our own outlets which will be a solely
organic products store with wide range of fresh products. Upper Middle-Class people
with health awareness will be our target retail customers.
For B2B supplies, we will be targeting hotels chains like ITC, Taj and new generation
cafes who are shifting towards total organic cooking will be our target B2B
customers.
Also, Gourmet Marts like Foodhall, Steakhouse and supermarts like 24*7 stores in
Delhi will be in our customer segment.
Flowers can be processed and dried which are then sold to craft stores and can also
be exported.
USP
Premium Quality - Our main focus is providing a premium quality product to our end
customers. Since most of our raw materials are produced alongside, we have an
edge on quality assurance.
Open to visit – The provision for open visits to our production site will give immense
confidence to our customers and will bring transparency.
Low price – we will be focusing on cost cutting through efficiency and high
productivity. Also, since most of the operations and logistics are in-house, we can
have a better control on cost. Large variety of products will also help us dividing the
fixed cost in an effective manner.
