Rationale:

Section 30 of Republic Act No. 10742 also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 mandates the
observance of Linggo ng Kabataan in every barangay, municipality, city and province.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bangan will then celebrate the Linggo ng Kabataan through a series of
activities that aim to promote camaraderie and showcase talents of the youth of our Barangay, namely: Tiktok Challenge,
Trashion Fashion Show, Mobile Photography, and Quiz Bee. Thus, this training design.
