Low carb almond halwa

Ingredients
 Almond’s 1 cup
 Ghee
 Milk
 Coconut flour
 Sweetener
 Kesar
 Cardamom powder
 Almond’s silver

Method
 Soak a cup of almonds in water either overnight or for 3-4 hours. Now drain the water and
peel off the skin of the almonds and keep it aside for some time to get dry.
 grind the dried almonds in a grinder till you get a soft flour (Make sure you do not add in
water or mile while grinding)
 take a pan and heat it. Put some ghee in the pan, add the grinded almond to it, and cook it
for 7-8 minutes on a medium flame and stir it continuously to be appropriately cooked
throughout the mixture.
 Add coconut flour to the cooked almond mixture and mix it thoroughly and cook the mixture
for another 2-3 minutes on a medium flame, stir it continuously.
 Take another pan and take 3/4th cup of the mil and ½ cup of the water and start boiling it for
some 4-5 minutes and keep it aside. Add this water and milk mixture slowly to the cooked
almond and coconut mixture and stir it continuously while cooking the mixture for another 5
minutes on low flame.
 Add sweetener as per your choice (sugar-free sweeteners are preferred) and some saffron.
Now cook it for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame and stir it continuously.
 In the end, add the cardamom powder, garnish the mixture with almond silvers, and your
keto-friendly halva is ready to serve.
