Ingredients
Almond’s 1 cup
Ghee
Milk
Coconut flour
Sweetener
Kesar
Cardamom powder
Almond’s silver
Method
Soak a cup of almonds in water either overnight or for 3-4 hours. Now drain the water and
peel off the skin of the almonds and keep it aside for some time to get dry.
grind the dried almonds in a grinder till you get a soft flour (Make sure you do not add in
water or mile while grinding)
take a pan and heat it. Put some ghee in the pan, add the grinded almond to it, and cook it
for 7-8 minutes on a medium flame and stir it continuously to be appropriately cooked
throughout the mixture.
Add coconut flour to the cooked almond mixture and mix it thoroughly and cook the mixture
for another 2-3 minutes on a medium flame, stir it continuously.
Take another pan and take 3/4th cup of the mil and ½ cup of the water and start boiling it for
some 4-5 minutes and keep it aside. Add this water and milk mixture slowly to the cooked
almond and coconut mixture and stir it continuously while cooking the mixture for another 5
minutes on low flame.
Add sweetener as per your choice (sugar-free sweeteners are preferred) and some saffron.
Now cook it for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame and stir it continuously.
In the end, add the cardamom powder, garnish the mixture with almond silvers, and your
keto-friendly halva is ready to serve.
