Instructions to the candidates

1. Strictly follow the guidelines for the prevention and control of social and institutional infections of Covid-19 published by the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
2. Must wear a face mask before entering the examination center.
3. Candidates must bring the 'Admit Card' during examination.
4. Bringing Mobile Phone or Calculator or any electronic device including Digital Watch is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
5. Answer should be given only by Black Ballpoint Pens.
6. Candidates must reach the examination hall 30 minute before the commencement of the examination.
7. Invigilators in the examination hall will match the photograph of the Candidate in the attendance sheet with that of the admit
card before taking his/her signature. Legal action will be taken against the Candidate if any irregularity is detected.
8. Candidate must use the same signature of application in attendance sheet and answer script.
9. This admit card will be used for all examinations, i.e. Written (MCQ), Computer Typing Test, Viva-Voce.
10. Written (MCQ) Test results and all other necessary information will be published in the website of Jiban Bima Corporation:
www.jbc.gov.bd as early as possible. Candidates are requested to visit the website regularly.
11. Information regarding Computer Typing Test, Viva-Voce will be informed to the eligible candidates through SMS.
12. Authority reserves all rights to take any kind of punitive measure against any candidate who adopts unfair means or
misbehaves in the examination hall.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the examination.
