Upon completion of 11 Months, company will provide you an air ticketfor Maldives to India in economy class 3 (Three) Months. During the period of employment, the Employee agrees to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, six days a week (Saturday to Saturday). The Employee ‘Agrees to work an additional 2 hours with an additional compensation to fulfill the responsibilities of the position and to meet the workload obligations. The Employee shall be entitled to 42 Calendar Days paid leave after completing 2 years of continuous service complying with Maldives Labor Law basic salary plus Accommodation Allowance are payable. The Employee shall be provided with 1 Return Air Ticket (Maldives — India) in Economy Class for himself MTC Cc Sick LEAVE Rest DAYS OVERTIME EN oF SERVICE GRATUITY JOINING DATE All other terms and con coRP ORATE HR MANAGER Each employee is entitled to 14 days of sick leave with full pay, and 14 days Half the pay after completion of the probation period, The worker shall be allowed to a weekly rest period which shallnot be less than 24 hours and Sunday shall be the weekly rest day. The worker may be required to work additional hours provided that the total hours worked per day do not exceed 10 hours. Overtime payment on a regular day is 125% and on weekend is 150%. At the time of ending employment service, the Company shall pay the Employee, an end-of-service gratuity equal to three (3) weeks basic salary per year of service as per Article (54) of Maldives Labor Law No. (14) of the Year 2004. The end-of-service gratuity will also include any number of months during which the employee has worked after completing one (1) year. The last basic salary shall be the basis for calculating the end-of- service gratuity. ASAP ns shall be as per Maldives Labor Law.
