MANAGEMENT ASPECT

Introduction

This chapter will present the basic considerations in forming the proposed project

considering the form of ownership that will be applied as well as discuss how the

organization will be organized in terms of the composition and roles of every member of

the management.

Basic Consideration in Forming the Organization

The researcher decided to apply the sole proprietorship form of business

organization.. The owner receives all profits, absorbs all losses and is solely responsible

for all liabilities of the business. The owner is also in charge of inspection for the

operation of the hotel in addition to the manager.

Form of Ownership

The Entertainment and Activity center in Polomolok is a Sole Proprietorship form

of business.

It is stated that it is a type of business entity that is owned and run by one

individual and in which there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business.

The owner receives all profits and has unlimited responsibility for all losses and debts.

Every asset of the business is owned by the proprietor and all debts of the business are

the proprietor's. This means that the owner has no less liability than if they were acting as

an individual instead of as a business.

The proprietor has the ability to raise capital either publicly or privately, to limit

the personal liability of the officers and managers, and to limit risk to investors.

It is assumed that the owner himself will be the one taking hand-on supervision

for the entity. Making certain that all the transactions of the business are well monitored

and that the all the services rendered by the entity is up to the standards and in line with

the philosophies established.

Maintenance Crew

The maintenance will be held responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness in

the recreation and activity center, from cleaning the area and fixing minor repairs within

the center.
