1. Fun at the Atlantic City Boardwalk in New Jersey

2. The Atlantic City Boardwalk is well-known for its active nightlife and casinos, but there is
so much more to this entertainment destination than meets the eye. It's home to the
Bally's Wild West Casino, which is the only themed casino in the world. You can gamble
the hours away with its 5,400 machines and 232 table games. In all, there are eleven
casinos in Atlantic City, and the city is the home of the first legal casino in the eastern part
of the United States.

3. Anyone who enjoys looking at lights at night won't want to miss the Boardwalk because
the numerous lights make the experience very exciting. In addition to all the lights, there
is plenty to do, no matter what time of day or night. The Steel Pier offers attractions for the
entire family, including various amusement park rides, helicopter rides, and more.
There's also plenty of shopping, as well as Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.

4. The Atlantic City Boardwalk also holds Garden Pier, which is the home for arts and culture
in the city.There is much to learn about the history of the city, and taking a walking tour on
the Boardwalk is the perfect way to do this. There's also the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic
City Aquarium, and the rest of the Historic Gardner's Basin.

5. The Atlantic City Boardwalk offers a fun-filled experience for people of all ages with plenty
to do. Whether your interest lies in hitting the beach, gambling, shopping, or the arts,

Fun Facts

Atlantic City is home to some of the most incredible places in the U.S., including all but one of
the street names found on the Monopoly board. Marvin Gardens is the only street you won't
find in Atlantic City, and of course Boardwalk, the most desirable square on the Monopoly
board, is a reference to the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Additionally, the Boardwalk was home to
the Miss America Pageant, which was held in Atlantic City starting in 1921 when it first began
until 2005. Boardwalk Hall, which was where the Miss America Pageant was held, is home to
the largest pipe organ in the world.
