Dear Parents,
We hope you all are fine and safe by the almighty’s grace. We are sailing through difficult
times. Loss of loved ones and the health condition of our fellow humans, draws us closer to
God. We can assure you our prayers which we are doing daily to keep you all safe and sound.

• Keeping the current situation in mind we have delayed the Term 1 examination to July
2021.
• The Term 1 Exam Date-sheet is shared on page 2 & 3 for Seniors and Juniors respectively.
• For Class 1-8 it will be MCQ based exam for 50 marks.
• For Classes 9-10 it will be MCQ-50 marks, SQP-30 marks.
• Please read the Requirement and Procedure given on page 4 for taking these exams online.
• Internal assessments for 50 marks are being held these days. To score well each child has
to do well in both the internal and external assessments. Kindly encourage your children
to prepare for these tests.
• Summer Holidays shall commence from May 30th till July 4, 2021 (both days inclusive).
Enjoy these Holidays with your loved ones.
• School will conduct Term 1 -Exams through Online Mode from Monday July 5, 2021 for
Classes 1-10.
• Term 2 classes shall commence from Monday, July 19, 2021

Important Note:

• Graded Subjects- Moral Science-28th May & GK Exam 29th May, will be conducted in the morning at 7:30-8am.
• After that regular Live classes will be conducted from 8am as per the day’s schedule.
• FOR MCQ except Maths, all other subjects (which have 50 marks)students will have 30 minutes to attempt the
paper.
• Maths MCQ paper time limit is 40 minutes.
• Kindly take care of the time limit and attempt the paper.
• Class 9 & 10 Subjective Paper ( 30 marks) will commence at 9am. Time Limit is 45 minutes.
• There is no Subjective Paper for Class 6-8

Important Note:

• Only MCQ based exam for Classes 1-5.

• No Subjective Exam.
• ORAL Exam only for Moral Science subject for Class 1.
• Graded Subjects(25marks) have time limit of 30 minutes- They are highlighted in yellow.
• All other subjects (50 marks) will have 40 minutes to attempt the paper.

Online Exam Requirement and Procedure

✓ Oral Assessment for Class 1: -
• Students are requested to follow the time slots strictly as given by their subject teacher.
• Students should be in proper school uniform and camera should be kept on during the oral
examination.
• Parents are requested not to prompt answers while the student is giving orals.

✓ Objective Exam Procedure for students: -

Requirement- 5G WIFI or 4G internet connection, a laptop/computer/mobile phone/tablet and electricity
backup, School email id and password.

• For Classes 1 to 10, the MCQ (Objective) Exam will be conducted online via Google Classroom
and students will require internet connectivity for the same.
• The link of the MCQ Exam will be posted by the Examination Department in the respective Subject
Google Classroom on Stream Page half an hour before the time given in date sheet on the day of
the exam. The link will work with G-suite email ID and open only at the time given in date
sheet.
• Students have to Refresh their screen before attempting the exam. Once the MCQ is submitted
no re-exam will be conducted for the student.
• Student can only access the exam from his/her school official G-suite email id. If the student will
login with his/her brother/sister email id then marks will be deducted.
• Please make sure the password is written at one place for the convenience of logging in every
day.
• Non submission or absenteeism of student from the above will result in receiving Zero marks.

✓ Subjective Exam Procedure for students (ONLY FOR Class 9 & 10): -
Requirement- A Camera Phone/tablet/ laptop/computer (a scanner or a digital camera for picture clicking and
transferring to Laptop/computer), 5G WIFI or 4G internet connection, electricity backup, School email id and
password, writing sheets and writing instruments.

• On the day of the Exam, Examination Controller will post the question paper in the respective
subject Google Classroom’s on Classwork page at 9:00am (Student will be given 45 minutes to
download, attempt the question paper and upload the answer sheet.
• Each student will download / open this SQP (Subject Q. Paper) and do it in Register Size Page or
any Pin Page or ruled A4 sheet.
• Each student must pre-write his Full Name, Class, Roll Number, Admission Number on each
answer sheet used.
• For Mobile User’s: Those who don’t have the PDF convertor for converting the JPEG image to
PDF can download the TAPSCANNER App in mobile from Playstore, click the image of Answer
Sheets, convert it in PDF, rename the PDF file (with your Name, Roll No, Admn No., Class & Subject)
and upload it in the respective Subject Google Classroom under Classwork page and should click on
Hand In for final submission.
• For Laptop / PC User’s: Click the image of answer sheets from your mobile camera in Portrait
mode then Transfer the file to Laptop/PC. For converting the image to PDF use the online free site:
https://jpg2pdf.com/ . Upload the image on the given site and click on combine PDF (if multiple

images uploaded). PDF will be downloaded in your laptop, rename the PDF file (with your Name,
Roll No, Admn. No., Class & Subject). Then upload the same in the respective Subject Google
Classroom under Classwork page and should be Turned In.
• It must be strictly done within the due time given. Any late upload will result in marks deduction.
• Teachers will not accept photos on Whatsapp. The same will not be assessed.
• These answer sheets must then be kept in a folder by the student.
• Non submission or absenteeism of student from the above will result in receiving Zero marks.
• We seek the support of parents in helping the students to upload the images of the answer sheets
on google classwork and submitting it.
