1. Total ODA continues to increase in 2019. ODA roles for all countris
compared to 2018 reaching 169.2 billion dollars for that countries and other
official providers but this level falls short of international commitments, it’s
0.03% of that countries. A combined gross national income below the target
ratio of 0.7 order to GNI, indicating that of course more needs to be done to
raise these levels.
2. The premier preliminary data show that net bilateral aid flows from that
members to least about countries rebounded in 2019 after a drop in 2018 and
were 33 billion dollars, representing an increase of 2.6% in real terms.
However less least about countries still receive too small of the share of
private finance mobilized by DAC, official fineness only 13%
