Respected Sir/Madam,

Greetings from SAI International, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India! As the process of teaching learning
moves forward, it becomes imperative to introduce New Age skills and instill the values of responsible
future citizens in our children. SAITED is one such platform that not only enhances the knowledge
horizon of children but also augments their 21st century skills and abilities.

SAITED, the brainchild of Late Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, Founder-Chairman, SAI International
Education Group, is India’s largest school-based science and technology festival. The event
hosts over 5,000 students from 40+ schools across the globe. It aims to promote STEM and orient,
educate, and prepare school students towards becoming future innovators, researchers, consultants,
and designers in their preferred field.

SAITED provides students with an excellent opportunity to interact with luminaries from the field of
research, engineering, medicine, health, and technology from across the globe. Students get to enrich
themselves listening to eminent personalities on topics of great relevance, which encourage and
empower them to take up innovative scientific activities and think outside the box. The event was
honoured by the presence of eminent personalities such as NASA Astronaut and Famous Space
Scientist, Dr. Jack D. Fischer (2017); Astro-Biologist Research Scientist, Presenter, and Author Prof.
Lewis Dartnell (2016); Eminent Scientist, Prof Alisagar Q Contractor (2018); and Former CTO of HCL
and Cognizant, Venture Capitalist, Dr. Srikanth Sundararajan (2018).

We are pleased to inform you that SAI International is organizing its 5th edition of SAITED.
This time the event will be hosted virtually on Saturday, September 11, 2021, with the theme
‘To Infinity and Beyond’ from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

The success of previous SAITEDs has inspired us to enrich and augment our spectrum of activities.
This year we have several events including Tech Fair, Virtual Reality, Aeromodelling, Crime Forensic,
Mathemaze and Coding as well as a walk-through Space and Start-up Park, where reputed companies
and institutes will set up individual counters to showcase their latest developments.

The conclave is an open platform for students from classes VI to XII, to discuss ideas amidst like-
minded peers to enhance their knowledge base. It gives them an excellent opportunity to unleash their
potential and enhance their scientific, educational, and designing skills.

We request your sincere participation in the event which can create a love for science and technology
amongst the students and empower them to take up innovative scientific activities for a wider
contribution to society. The presence of students from your school will bring diversity to the event with
their intelligence and learning experience, which would make the event more constructive and
interactive.
Kindly register by Monday, August 31, 2021, so that your school students are allotted their
events. We would highly appreciate if you can send entries for 10 to 15 students from classes
VI to XII. Students participating in SAITED will receive e-certificates. Prizes will be awarded to
winners of competitions and Tech Fair.
