- I will share my happy experiences with my peers.

- I will have positive mindset.
- I will count all my blessings.

- I will take a deep breathe.
- I will be silent for a while.
- I will eat sweet food.
- I will talk to God.
- I will rant sometimes.

- I will easily accept things to maintain good vibes.
- I will hug my love ones to diminish the negativities.
