Overview of StockaID

StockaID is an Individual Animal Identification and Management

Program.
It is designed to record a multitude of details during an animal’s
time at the feedlot, including measurements, sessions and
treatments and has the functionality of importing selected Saleyard
information as well as Carcass and Sale data. It also records all
relevant information about the Feeder, Vendor, Buyer, Purchaser
and Abattoir. All financial information relating to the animal is
easily viewable.

StockaID is designed in conjunction with the Lot based programs Feedlot 3000 and FB3000 and
information can be exported to these programs.
The benefits of being able to record , access and collate all information relating to an individual
animal is invaluable and a simple user interface with customised screens make StockaID easy to use.
Customisable reports enable a huge range of analysis opportunities.
Hardware compatibility
StockaID is compatible with electronic hardware devices including
RFID readers, barcode readers and weigh scales and allows the
connection of up to 10 electronic devices which minimises data
entry error and time. The program is also able to be used with
automatic drafting systems in order to streamline feedlot
processes.
Financial data entered is able to be exported to selected financial
packages and Invoices and RCTI’s are able to be generated within
StockaID for Purchase and Sale information.

Individual screens:

Stock Advice (SAN) – records all purchase information relating to the cattle and allows easy
reconciliation between what was purchased/expected and what was received. Information can be
manually entered or purchase grids can be set up that will automatically calculate the purchase costs
of paddock cattle. Alternatively purchase information from selected saleyards is able to be imported
using the Saleyard Data Import functionality. Weighbridge tickets can be entered and animals can
be assigned to the SAN.
NVD information can be entered and NLIS information imported.

Once all data has been entered, then the SAN can be prorated against the animals so that they have
individual costs applied to them.
Purchase Invoices – can
be created from the
information entered on

Reports – an outstanding feature of StockaID is the depth of reports that are able to be generated.
A majority of these reports are highly customisable.

StockaID minimises data entry error and time and helps to meet the challenges of recording and
transferring whole of life individual animal data. This is especially important when considering
Quality Assurance obligations.
