PETITION FOR PROBATION

Accused, thru the undersigned counsel de officio, unto this

Honorable Court, most respectfully applies for Probation and
manifests as grounds the following:

That accused during the promulgation of Decision on May 5,

2011 and was sentenced to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of
one (1) month straight;

That he has all the qualifications and none of the

disqualifications for Probation;

That he believes in the Probation program of the government

and if his Petition will be granted, he shall abide by all the terms
and conditions of Probation.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, accused most

respectfully prays that his Petition for Probation be granted.
