Solar Market can tailor its Turnkey EPC Services offering to meet any need its
project partners may have, from complete oversight of the project to
engineering services. Here’s how each of our service levels work.

EPC WRAP
Solar Market provides a single contract to the independent power producer (IPP),
including all engineering, procurement and construction. The bankability and track
record of Solar Market allows IPPs/sub-EPCs to qualify for and receive the financing
necessary to make the project happen.

ENGINEERED HARDWARE PACKAGE

With this option, Solar Market supplies the modules, balance of systems equipment
and systems optimization services to the IPP or EPC. The EPC maintains
responsibility for oversight of the entire contract and completes the detailed
engineering and construction scopes for the project.

EPC MANAGEMENT
Under this agreement, Solar Market can act as the owner's representative under a
service agreement - coordinating and evaluating RFPs, negotiating contracts,
reviewing designs and overseeing construction. Other EPCs hold the lead contract
and complete the engineering and construction scopes.

JOINT VENTURES
In this scenario, Solar Market takes on joint responsibility with an EPC partner to
complete the project. We work closely with the partner to procure the major
equipment, while the partner handles all the detailed engineering, minor
equipment procurement and construction.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In 2013 the Solar Consortium of RODINA and ENERPARC AG was created, and in the summer of 2015 we
launched «SOLAR CHERNOBYL»

«SOLAR CHERNOBYL» is a project of Corporate Responsibility of our Consortium. Our goal is – execution
of Renewable Energy Projects in Chernobyl Zone, suffered from the disaster.

We believe that Chernobyl is the best territory to promote the Clean World and Green Energy Philosophy.
By executing our projects there we are to bring back the territories to the humans, and make a world a
bit cleaner and better. Вringing investments there we proof that transparent renewable energy business
is possible in Ukraine.
 SOLAR CHERNOBYL
In January 2018 «RODINA — ENERPARC AG» has completed construction of the 1st in the history pilot PV
installation in the Chernobyl Zone named «SOLAR CHERNOBYL – 1».

By April 2018 it is the only private investments in Chernobyl since 1986.

 SOLAR CHERNOBYL

2017 2018
Construction of Solar Power Plant Completion and Commissioning of
SPP SOLAR CHERNOBYL

A corresponding lease agreement for the
location of the solar power plant has been
concluded between the Consortium
RODINA – ENERPARC AG and the Chernobyl
nuclear power plant. In October 2017 an
installation of technological equipment of
SPP was started.
In Q1 2018 the solar power plant was put into operation,
and on 12 June 2018 Solar Chernobyl obtained feed-in
tariff. Since 1 July 2018 for the first time in the last 18
years, the first kilowatts from Chernobyl began to feed
the grid of the United Energy System of Ukraine, but this
time these kilowatts were generated by solar power
plant and implemented under the “green tariff” policy.
