My Personal Dream:

1) My personal dream is to travel to 22 countries before I turn 32. I have always been that guy who
doesn’t like to be caged in single place for a long period of time. Backpacking is my hobby and I
have covered most of Northern India till now. I have also worked in the backpacking
accommodation industry, where I have met people from all around the world. Interacting with
them made me more curious about foreign cultures and that’s when I decided that I have to
travel to these 22 countries.
2) In have made a lot of friends in the countries where I want to visit. This would be very helpful
when I will visit those countries. Many have invited me to stay at their places. This would
definitely help me deal with the accommodation costs in those countries, most of which are
more expensive than India.
3) The whole budget for this dream is too big. But for the first phase of my dream, which is to
travel to 2 South East Asian by the end of 2021, my budget is around INR 1 Lac, which includes
all accommodation, flights, intra country travelling and leisure activities.
4) I have already saved the amount required for the first phase of my dream. It took two years to
save this much amount which I took out from my salary. For other countries, especially EU
countries, for now I am relying on freelance work and IIM Tirchy as even if one person has
enough amount, it is very hard to get a non student visa for EU countries.
