■Application:
The combination of high alumina tile compound special formulation of rubber, creates a reliable ceramic / rubber
pulley lag in conveying applications under extreme operating conditions.

■Technical Specification:
Ceramic Material: high alumina of 92AL and 95AL ceramic
Backing Material: Natural Rubber
Surface Finish: As-Fired
Dimensional Tolerance: ±1.5%

Regular Width is up to 500mm,

Lagging Size
Regular Length of each piece is up to 2600mm

Regular size of ceramic: 20x20x7mm

Ceramic Size Ceramic Shape: Mosaic with dimple,Plain mosaic, Arrow shape,
diamond shape, around shape etc.

Rubber Thickness 13-17mm (or as per customer’s requests)
