G.O.Ms.No.119, GAD, Dated:08.06.2021 BRR ORDER: In the G.O. 5" read above, orders were issued extending the lockdown in the State til 19.06.2021. Keeping in view the decrease in number of corona cases and low Positivity percentage in the State of Telangana, it has been decided to allow all the activities that were permitted prior to the introduction of lockdown in the State in supersession of all earlier orders related to lockdown, with immediate effect. 2. Wearing of face mask shall be compulsory in public places, in work places and in means of transport. Any deviation in this regard shall attract prosecution u/s.51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188 of IPC as well as other applicable laws. It is further reiterated that failure to wear face mask as mandated shall attract a penalty of Rs.1000/- as ordered in the G.0. 2" read above. Individuals must maintain social distancing. 3. __All shops, offices and establishments shall ensure that all Covid norms w.r.t. physical distancing, sanitisation etc., are scrupulously followed, Failure to observe these orms will attract action under relevant Acts and orders issued under Disaster Management Act, 2005. 4. All educational institutions and coaching institutions are permitted to re-open. Government schools and colleges can re-open from 01.07.2021. 5. __In exercise of powers conferred under the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee hereby issue directions to all Departments of Government of Telangana, Collectors & District Magistrates, Commissioners / Superintendents of Police, in the State to strictly implement the above orders with immediate effect.
