(State Level - Individual Online Theory Test)

Overview
In this category, participants learn to program rero:micro robot by going through
the lessons and challenges in the Step-by-step Guide Book (booklet provided). For
state level, participants are required to sit for an online theory test individually.

Date : 16th June 2021 (Wednesday)


Time : 10.00am
*Link will be sent to registered participants.

Participants who achieve Merit and Distinction qualify to proceed to National Level.

Competition Format : Individual Challenge (Online Theory Test)


Format : Objective questions only
- matching, multiple choice items, fill in the blanks, etc.

Scope : rero:micro Step-by-step Guide (booklet that comes with kit)

Time limit : 60 minutes for Primary school participants

Ranking and Awards


 Medals will be awarded to TOP 5 high-scorers from EACH state, for both
primary and secondary levels. *In the event of a tie (same score), submission
time will be considered.
 E-certificates will be issued to ALL participants.
 Candidates who achieve Merit/Distinction qualify to proceed to National Level.

Score Award

80 - 100 Distinction

70 - 79 Merit

60 - 69 Pass

0 - 59 Participation

General Reminders

 Participants are to answer individually. Participants are not allowed to discuss


with friends or consult their teachers/trainers/parents.

 Participants may only refer to the Quick Start Guide. However, they are
prohibited from referring to notes or any other references.

 Questions and answer choices will be auto-shuffled each time Google Form is
refreshed.
