    Mr. Ijaz, age 54, had a urine examination at Al Nasar Lab and Diagnostic Centre. The physical examination showed pale yellow urine with a specific gravity of 1.030 and no turbidity or deposit. The chemical examination was normal with no sugar, ketones, proteins, blood, or abnormalities in pH. The microscopic examination showed 2-3 pus cells and 1-2 epithelial cells per high power field, but no red blood cells, casts, crystals, or organisms. The urine analysis results were otherwise normal.
