Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject and Forest NOC received from Forest Officer Paud vide
Letter No.JA.KR A/Mavrupra/34/Plot/91/12-13 dated 25/04/2021, and as mentioned in the
letter I had planted 322 Plants in Plot No.27 at Survey No. 277/11, 407, 408, 412 (P), 434/1
to 9, 435/1 to 11, Mauje Bhugaon, Tal: Mulshi, Pune situated at Paud Road, Phase-II of 4
Seasons Better Living & Maintenance Co-op Soc Ltd.
I hereby confirm that all the planted 322 plants still exist in the Plot and I also hereby agree
to keep them maintained.
