Individual Checklist Tracker: Delving into the Implementation and Monitoring

of Working From Home (WFH) on Teachers’ Productivity
VICTOR C. PAGAYUNAN
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH/STUDY
The study aims to develop and innovate an Individual Checklist Tracker
template for public school teachers who are Working From Home (WFH). It is to
determine the factors that influence on productivity of the employees, particularly
on teachers of Maloco National High School in the Ibajay West District. While
influences of some of the factors are either positive or negative, the influences of
some of the factors depend on the characteristics and attitude of the employees
and the circumstances. In this time of pandemic, more public and private
organizations offer Working From Home (WFH) as an alternative way for their
employees. This study targets to discover both benefits and drawbacks of Working
From Home (WFH) for the teachers when it is compared to the office working.

RSVP : An Offline Mobile Application Improving English Vocabulary
Proficiency
JAFET P. SOLIDUM
JAYFEE D. RAMOS
FELY M. SESCAR

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH/STUDY

In this time of global crisis, mobile technology is an exceptionally fast- growing field
that is closely connected with our work and day-to-day lives. There are new developments
added to its growth every day with emerging new patterns of usage, having positive
implications.
As foundation for this study, the researchers noticed that among the senior high
school offerings for grade 11, the most students enrolled in Technical-Vocational-
Livelihood (TVL) Track particularly in TVL- Home Economics, TVL- Carpentry, and TVL-
Animation (NC II), Computer Programming (NC IV) belong to the approaching proficiency
level in vocabulary based on the conduct of diagnostic assessment through traditional
pencil-paper test.
Thus, the researchers pursued a study on RSVP: An Offline Mobile Application
Improving English Vocabulary Proficiency of Grade 11- TVL students of Maloco National
High School. A study that resolved the problem for low vocabulary proficiency as it refers
to the offline virtual application with its name derived from the same definition of RSVP
which is, "please respond" that the researchers coined/named and used as an intervention
which can be downloaded/saved that would let the students responded on the given offline
tasks/activities.

Text-Based Messaging Instruction: A Supplementary to Modular Distance

Learning in Social Science Among Grade 11 Learners

SUNNY S. DELGADO

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH/STUDY

In the implementation of modular distance learning, challenges occur
among students in learning independently at home. Due to these emerging
circumstances, the researcher find ways to help learners in distance learning.
Through scheduled text- based messaging instruction via Facebook messenger
learners can participate in the discussion, raise questions and clarify concepts in a
given lesson.

Professor Sci: A Virtual Student Assistant Chatbot in Messenger

for General Physics 2

JOANNA MARIE I. MAG-APAN

DIANA M. REPAZ
SAMMUEL A. REBELALA

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE INNOVATION

The innovation aims to create an automated chatbot in Facebook
Messenger that will serve as a Virtual Student Assistant that automatically replies
to the messages initiated by the students about essential terms and topics in
General Physics 2. It is to provide free and accurate information to students,
particularly Grade 12 students under Science, Technology, Engineering, and
Mathematics taking up General Physics 2, who have no stable internet access at
home. The transition to the new normal in our education system challenged most of
our students. Some can find difficulties coping with their modular lessons due to
included research works needed via internet surfing. This innovation targets limit
the digital divide between our learners and offer equal information as much as
possible, especially in General Physics 2.
