To save some time, please download the ZoiPer 5 (not Zoiper Classic) for Windows software

and save it in your downloads folder on your computer (not your VDI). After you click on the
download button in the link below, click on the download button right under the picture of the
telephone in the free column. When the download is complete, please don't try running the
installer as I'll do that when I remote in through Teamviewer.

After you do the above, please install Teamviewer on the computer you're sitting at (not your
VDI) so that I can remote in to install the Zoiper 5 softphone software. When you run the
installer, please select default installation and personal-non-commercial use. Once it's
installed, please send me the Teamviewer ID number and password?
