4) GROUP ACTIVITY:
Divide the class into 5 groups, and guide them to do sums in arranging the numbers
ascending and descending order.
Page no-18, ex-1.2, 3,4,5,6,7-sums , given them to do in groups. Let the group
members suggest ways to do easily and group leader presents in classroom.
Take a white chart and cut into 9 equal pieces. Write different numbers on each piece.
Arrange the pieces, as many times, horizontally which form different numbers . Write any 5 different
numbers and express them in the Indian and the International system.
5)REINFORCEMENT:
i) Presentation: Using page number 10, in textbook, ICT corner, scan and practising sums
in place value.
ii)Comparison: Allow the students to clarify their doubts amoung peer groups.

7)REMEDIAL TEACHING:

b) Give 4 examples where the number of things counted by you would be a 3 digit
number or more.
c)Divide a chart paper into 8 equal parts. Write different 1-digit numbers on it. List
out the possible 8 digit numbers and also found the largest and smallest numbers amoung them.
