Chairman presented the speakers update on insulation on behalf of Mr Prasad.

And he pointed that they got one speaker from Rockwool on Building Insulation as on date and he
requested Ms Deepa and Mr Ramesh to suggest some more related speakers and mentioned to
share the views on what else we can talk on the development and focus on Insulation.

Mr Ramesh suggested that, external building facade insulation is very critical thing that still India has
not much suppliers and many designers have information about how to do the design part. So he
pointed that he will arrange some speakers from the subject area and shares them to the CII
representatives before the next meeting.

Ms Deepa suggested that, we would talk about selecting insulation material, because material
selection is important in part of wellness angle and other hand we can talk on what would be the
best insulation material available in market and the impact they have on health and wellness. She
said that she would reach out the respective speakers to talk specifically on the Insulation and the
VOC s and the impact on wellness.

As Mr Ramesh pointed we can look into the external insulation as well and look speaker in the
subject and also she pointed that, to cover external insulation and new roof insulation systems
which could also cover agitated roofs and reflected roofs. So we can expand insulation in terms of
external and internal as overall.

Chairman suggested that to combine both envelope insulation and roof insulation, so we would get
some relevant speakers and few more vendors to participate.

Chairman requested Mr Ramesh to get speakers from façade insulation, because they do have some
insulation for external so we can get them to be even on product presentation and knowledge
sharing would be there.

Mr Ramesh suggested company name Caporal from Germany who shown interest to take forward
and he mentioned to share the details before the next meeting.

Chairmen requested Mr Aditya to present on Ergonomics.

Mr Adithya confirmed that Mr Dhiren Gopal , Director , Featherlite Group will happy to speak in
building block design and furniture block design and Mr Dinesh Malkani , Founder & CEO from
Smarten Spaces and Ex- President – Technology, Cisco South East – Asia, will confirm to speak on
the subject .

And he also shortlisted another two speakers, Ms Georgeu from Body Dynamics who comes from
scientific background and has recently done an session / training on benefits of certain types of
furniture for Featherlite Group. And alternatively Mr Chaitanya from Urbo Works, he would happy to
share his views on how posture and how seating systems shield body posture.

And also he pointed another five isolated occupiers who willing to speak about how furniture
impacts the work place. So Mr Arun Khanna from UAG Global, Mr Ramesh Rao from Siemens, Visa,
Mastercard and Continental and he mentioned that they already touch with respective speakers to
get on session.
Chairman requested Mr Adithya to share the speakers name along with LinkedIn details so
committee members can view and confirm the list of speakers for the particular subject.

Ather the discussion on each topic with the respective task force head, Chairman pointed that each
subject would have two to two half hrs session. So within this time, we have to finalise who can we
occupy and number of speaker the subject. He suggest to look on four speakers on each session
along with chairman remarks, Q/A and concluding remarks. As wide subject, we would go with 4hrs
session on ventilation sector.

And again, Chairman mentioned that all committee members to share the respective confirmed
speakers along with LinkedIn details to have the members view and to finalise the session speakers.
