Answer

1. Job application letter Also known as a cover letter, is a letter that we write when we want t
oapply for a job. Application letter is a summary of your strongest and most relevant skills
and abilities that will be expanded in your resume or selection criteria. It introduces you to
potential employers and highlights your suitability for the position you are applying for.

2. The objective of an application letter is to attract the attention of an employer. It acts as
a cover letter for your resume and should provide enough personal information to convince
the reader to grant you an interview. The qualifications you provide a potential employer
should be included on your resume.

3. 1. Heading
The heading should include your name and contact information, the date and the
company name and address. If you send your job application letter via email, you can
eliminate your name and contact information from the header and put it at the bottom of the
email after the signature instead.

2. Subject
The subject field is the first thing the recipient sees. A short subject name will make the
recipient quickly understand the meaning of the email, and make them want to read the email.
Generally, naming the subject of the email must contain the word "resume" or "CV",
followed by the full name and the position applied for.

3. Greeting
Use a generic salutation, such as Dear Hiring Manager, Dear Recruiting Manager or Dear

4. Body of Letter
Once you’ve grabbed the hiring manager’s attention, it’s time to get into the specifics.
Because you are sending this letter with a resume, don’t waste space rehashing everything
contained in that document. Instead, the body of an application letter should read like a
highlight reel. What are your most impressive accomplishments? Choose those that are most
relevant to the position you’re applying for, and connect the dots for the reader. Show how
you can bring value to the company, and that you have the skills and experience that they
need.

representative, as when making a letter or other document. the act of signing documents. The
traditional function of a signature is to permanently affix to a document a person's uniquely
personal, undeniable self-identification as physical evidence of that person's personal witness
