B. Covered Area 5,000Sft-10,000Sft @300/Sft
C. Covered Area 10,000Sft-25,000Sft @350/Sft
D. Covered Area Above 25,000Sft @400/Sft

NOTE: Contract Agreement is valid for the time duration mentioned below. However, if
the construction period exceeds the mentioned timeline, Consultancy fee for the extended
period shall be mutually agreed upon and paid in addition to the already agreed
Consultancy Fee.

Detail Interior Designing / Furnishing shall be charged separately.

CONSTRUCTION TIME FRAME
