All posters in the 28th Jakarta Diabetes Meeting 2019 will be displayed digitally on the poster screen.

No printed
poster is needed.

All posters need to be displayed on the poster screen at the Poster Area and submitted via email
to jakartadiabetesmeeting@gmail.com prior to the congress for inclusion in the poster session and proceeding
book.

Poster Content
- Poster must be free from branding and refer to products using generic names
- The subheadings of the poster content should be made according to the type of the study (original
article/EBCR/systematic review/case report)

Digital Poster Guideline

- All posters must be submitted digitally by 13th November 2019 through the congress committee email
- File format: PDF
- Orientation: Landscape
- Size: PPT page of 16:9 with minimum 960 x 540 pixel
- Font Size: minimum 16

Poster Display Details

- All accepted poster will be displayed in the Poster Screen (slide show mode) throughout the two days of scientific
congress
- All accepted abstract for Poster Display will be not be enrolled in the Poster Competition
- Presenter of the Poster Display will not have to present their presentation at the Poster Presentation Session
