Offer - Use your Visa Debit or Visa Credit card on www.freecharge.com and get 10% cashback

1. 10% Cashback would be applicable for Visa Credit / Debit Card holders during promotional period from August 8, 2014 to
Feb 8 , 2015

2. Cashback will be given in the form of Freecharge Credits which can be used in future transactions.

3. For each transaction on www.freecharge.com desktop, mobile site & mobile app using a Visa Card, a 10% cashback along
with discount coupons worth equal to the value of the recharge value will be provided. Cashback will be restricted to a
maximum of Rs.30 per transaction and to a maximum of 5 transactions for the Offer Period per Visa Card used.

4. Customer needs to apply Promo-code <VISA10> and use a Visa Credit/ Debit Card to make the entire payment in order to be
able to avail the Cashback offer. Offer not valid for net-banking transactions and FreeCharge Credits as payment option.

5. Offer is valid for all products Post-Paid Mobile / Prepaid Mobile / DTH & Data Cards/ bill payments available on FreeCharge.
Offer is not valid on ‘Add Cash’ transactions.

6. The Cashback Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

7. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to care@freecharge.com.

8. This Offer is brought to customers by FreeCharge (i.e. Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd). FreeCharge reserves the right to amend,
modify, change, add or terminate (collectively “Changes”) the terms, contained herein at our sole discretion or discontinue
this Offer without any further notice.

9. All DBS Debit card T & Cs apply.

merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included under this Offer. Any dispute in this regard shall

Steps for the discount

1. Logon to www.freecharge.com or Download the FreeCharge

2. Android/iOS/Windows App.

3. Enter your Mobile / DTH / Data Card details to recharge or pay your bills. Click ‘Proceed To Coupons’.

4. Pick Coupons for the Value of your transaction. Click ‘Proceed’.

5. If you are an existing user at FreeCharge, enter LOGIN details.

6. If you are new to FreeCharge, Sign Up.

7. Enter the generic Visa Bank Promo Code VISA10 in Promocode/FreeFund section and Click on Redeem Now.
Customer gets a success message

8. Customer enters Visa Debit / Credit Card details under Payment options Pays the Transaction Amount.

9. On successful transaction customer gets Cash Back as “FreeCharge Credits” in the FreeCharge account which can be
used for future transactions.
