TASK 1
Step 2. Specify
After having cleared your research problem, specify it in one paragraph, and justify
it in two paragraphs.
All people have different abilities, skills and learning needs. Some learn through
movement, they are intuitive and learn from mistakes; others learn by listening and sharing;
there are autistic children who have a prodigious mind for mental calculations and others
who rely on common sense, i.e. sensory.
It is for this reason that within society there are people with special educational
needs and because of this, it is necessary to take the initiative to sensitize the current
society about the differences and the reality that students face when they have to live day to
day with people with different educational needs. For this, it is necessary to work on
respect from the basic school ages and thus strengthen the academic and personal
environment of students, who through interculturality learn to know, respect and value the
differences of their peers, to be autonomous and have their own ideas and opinions. In this
way, they learn to eliminate prejudices about those around them, to work as a team and to
solve problems for the common benefit.
This is what Leiva (2007) points out when quoting Bartolomé: "Interculturality is a
set of cultures where there are values and attitudes that must be acquired because they are
important and, in this way, avoid discrimination and prejudice towards people who are
opposites. Focusing on exchanging the knowledge of the students in the school who are
different from us". (p.20)
Step 3. Q&A
Based on your professional field as student or as a teacher answer the following questions:
Research project is the study that what we do to know the context on a subject that
is the object of study. Its objective is to find all the evidence related to the phenomenon
of which there is no knowledge and increase the possibility of conducting a full
investigation while educational research is systematic there are basic steps to plan
conduct a study. These include: Identifying a Research Problem.
These subjects have a lot of relation on the subject of research because both are in
charge of primordial in the same cases.
c. How can educational research and the course Research Project help you in your
professional field?
The learning of these courses is based on research and offer students a step-by-step
guide on the basic aspects of the planning, realization and evaluation of the investigation. A
series of characteristics that guide students through the steps and research procedures to
provide a perspective of the research process and selection of specific research designs.
f. What are other grade alternatives the university offers you besides the research project?
Applied project
This alternative of degree allows the student to design projects for a social transfer of
knowledge that contributes in an innovative way to the solution of focused problems. The
modalities are:
Degree option that the student performs in their field of knowledge or profession, in
order to implement, update and strengthen their skills, establish national and international

in a specific field of knowledge, typical of their subject of study or academic program.
