Repair
Pump Use only original Lincoln spare parts for repair on the
pumps.
The pump should be returned to the factory for warranty
work or major repairs.
Replace pump element
Remove the pressure relief valve from the pump element.
 Unscrew the pump element.
IMPORTANT
Take care that the piston, the pull-back
spring and the washer are not left lying in
the grease. If thes e parts remain in the
6001a02
lubricant, the motor may seize. In the case
of a later removal of the parts, the reserv oir
will have to be disassembled.
NOTE
Pump elements with adjustable lubricant
output are to be set to the required output
before ins tallation.
Install a new pump element with a new s ealing ring.

Control p.c.b. Â Note down the jumper positions of the defective control
p.c.b.
Pack the defective control p.c.b. properly so that it will
reach the factory without any fur ther dam ages.
If a control p.c.b. is replaced, we will always supply a p.c .b.
version MF00 (P223) or MDF00 (P233).
Set the jumper configuration on the new control p.c.b.
according to the one noted down from the old control p.c .b.
