EKUS Grupp factory, placed in EU, manufactures terry towels, bath mats,
bathrobes and other related articles made of 100% classical cotton
carded and combed yarns, both single and two - fold. We work also
with Microcotton, Velour and Bamboo. The factory is equipped
with the following machines:

 Nuovo Pinione (28 machines)
zz Jacquard looms:
 Dornier air jet looms, with jacquard apparatus Bonas (10
machines), year of production 2007
 Nuovo Pinione (18 machines)
zz Terry circular knitting machine Mayer & Cie, year of production
2006, 18F, one and two-side terry, plain and relief jacquard which
could be used for terry bed sheets and bathrobes.
zz Winding machine Schlahorst, year of production 2007
zz Shearing machine Xetma Vollenweider, year of production 2008
zz Sewing apparatus Texpa, year of production 2007

We manufacture towels with widths 30, 50, 70, 75 and 100 cm, and lengths
between 30 and 180 cm. The fabric density varies from 340 g/m2 to 600 g/
m2. The production capacity of the factory is 2500 t. per year.

The weaving-in is visible as a result of using different
colors in the loop surface of the towels. The pattern
can be provided over the entire towel or only in parts.
Your company logo, brand name or promotional mes-
sage can be woven into all kinds of EKUS products for
bath and beach. Have your message spelled out on a
towel and choose from a rainbow of colors and a wide
range of sizes.
It can be “loud and clear” in bold contrast bold colors,
or subtle and discrete in “tone – in – tone”.
Traditional terry or luxury velour’s the choice is yours.

Relief woven
design
Exclusive and catchy.
Woven-in-ribbing can be used to implement even
large-format motifs as sophisticated, unobtrusive
promotion. This technique is ideally suited to single
colored for brands and promotional messages.
The weaving-in is visible as a result of high-low effects
or different loop heights in the fabric. The pattern can
be provided over the entire towel or just in parts.
This effect is accessible and in execution by velour.
 Your logo in
jacquard border
Your message can also be a “one-liner” that liter-
ally is read between the lines. In capitals, bold or
italic fonts, or hand written, we can place it on the
border of any towel in any language.
Available clear and straightforward, with brilliant
effects, with a velvet look, there is a multitude of
options to choose from.
The pattern is woven into a border without loops.
A distinction should be made between borders in
which the pattern is visible through different types
of yarns in the same colors and borders patterned
in different colors. A maximum of six colors can be
processed in a weft effect pattern.
Embroidery
and labels
A logo, company name or a specific pattern is embroi-
dered onto the finished toweling fabric (hand towel,
bath robe) and therefore independent in color and
shape from the base material to be embroidered.
The embroidery is generally more accurate to detail
than the weaving-in, in particular more colors can be
handled. It is particularly suitable for representing logos,
inscriptions etc on small areas and can be used in very
small order quantities.
It should be noted that embroidered toweling products
are more expensive than woven-in toweling products.
