Brief commentary on the Joseph Newman Motor and the man

I watched the latest documentary and read a few tens of pages of the book he wrote.

I found the documentary very interesting. Joseph Newman tried harder than anyone else I have read
about to get his invention patented. To get an advocate in the Senate shows how far and how intense the
effort to patent his device. With this in mind I had confidence that there was something to his invention
and went on to read his book.

Reading the book proved difficult because he was claiming particles travelling at the speed of light in a
vortex/spiral. He also related this and the energy he got to E=Mc^2. His book is an effort to push the
reader hard to accept his concept and claims. I do not like this approach and indeed found much to
question and challenge, especially because there was no proof, only conceptual twist and turns to get
where he wanted you to be - with a whole new physics, his physics.

I like the out of the box thinking he presented and for that I have respect, but for the conclusions he
drew it was a stretch too far with little bridge material, no proof - just an interesting twist of concepts
that got to where he had an answer.

There could be overunity with this device as I believe there is with other rotating magnet machines.

J Newman's 'science' is not the answer in my opinion at this time. There is a much simpler answer as to
how it achieves overunity.
