home) that will help you in performing the tests. Also, you must wear light and comfortable clothes.

1. You will measure your height and weight and then compute your Body Mass Index.
2. Perform the 3-minute step test and get your Working Heart Rate and your Recovery Heart Rate after the test.
3. Be guided of the test protocols and make sure to follow it to prevent untoward accidents.
