Executive Order No. 10

AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE BADAC AUXILIARY TEAM TO ASSIST IN THE

PROMOTION OF PEACE AND ORDER IN THE BARANGAY

WHEREAS, as per Dangerous Drugs Board Resolution No. 03 series of 2017 which
emphasizes the strengthening in the implementation of the barangay drug clearing program;

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the state to safeguard the integrity of its territory and
the well-being of the citizenry from the ill-effects of dangerous drugs;

WHEREAS, it is the paramount concern of the government to maintain peace and

order nationwide and to effectively curb the proliferation of dangerous drugs and other
similar substances;

WHEREAS, the government shall pursue intensified and relenting campaign against
illegal drugs and shall endeavour to secure the assistance of local government units in drug
clearing operations;

WHEREAS, under Section 5 of the DDB Resolution No. 05 is the organization of the
BADAC Auxiliary Team which shall composed of twenty-five (25) members for every 2,000
population representing the puroks and sitios and are actual residents of the barangay with
good repute for probity and integrity;

WHEREAS, the following are the duties and functions of the BADAC Auxiliary Team,
to wit:

1. Identify and report to the BADAC, drug dependent cases and/or suspected
pushers/illegal drug laboratories in the barangay;
2. Assist in the conduct of information campaign against illegal drugs and its
negative consequences;
3. Help facilitate in the preparation and distribution of information materials in the
collaboration with the school and neighbourhood associations;
4. Initiate the conduct of neighbourhood activities to prevent drug addiction in the
area of operation specially among children and youth;
5. The BADAC Auxiliary Team may also elect their officers to make them more
functional and effective.
 WHEREAS, the following residents of probity and integrity are the BADAC Auxiliary
Team Members, namely:

3. Allan Kyamko
4. Ramil Saraña
5. Romeo Dagoy
6. Bliss Cual
7. Adrian A. Dionaldo
8. Levi P. Dorado
9. Gardenia Pajunar
10. Elena Merced

NOW THEREFORE, I PETER A. CALUMPANG, Punong Barangay of Barangay

Poblacion 4, Dumaguete city, Province of Negros Oriental by virtue of the powers vested in
me by law do hereby organize theBADAC Auxilliary Team.

DONE this 12th day of December 2018 at the office of the Punong Barangay,
Barangay Poblacion 4, Dumaguete City.
