SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR VOCATION BOOTHS FOR THE WORLD YOUTH DAY 2019
LOCAL CELEBRATION ON JANUARY 26 – 27, 2019

Dear Father Moren:

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Young people from all over the world will be gathering in Panama to meet with the Holy
Father in the WORLD YOUTH DAY this coming January 20-30, 2019 which focuses on the
theme, “I am the servant of the Lord, may it be done to me according to Your word.” World
Youth Day is a precious heritage inaugurated by St. John Paul II, and over the past thirty
years it has become a great experience of faith, communion, and a living relationship with
Christ. Likewise, it is also a powerful instrument of evangelization for young people and a
wonderful opportunity for dialogue between the Church and the younger generations.

In solidarity with our fellow young people in Panama, there will be a Local World Youth Day
(LWYD2019): Sama-sama sa PaNOVA from 26 January 2019, 1:00 PM until 27 January 2019,
1:00PM. Our main venue will be at the Bestlink College of the Philippines – Millionaires
Campus, Novaliches, Quezon City.

In this light, we would like to invite your Congregation to set up a Vocation Booth where
pilgrims may discover the calling to enter the religious life and serve God through the
Sacrament of Holy Orders. This will be a vital part of the LWYD, as we would like encourage
the young people of the Church to have a renewed sense of mission and vocation in their
respective lives of service.
