All these illegal instant loan lending apps are giving illegal loans, with 150% to 450 % RATE OF INTEREST ON WEEKLY AND FORTNIGHT BASIS. These applications are working hand in hand as a chain instant loan lending groups and harassing people by accessing their mobile phone galleries without following end to end encryption rules and intimidating. harassing loan borrowers by blackmailing them with personal photos and contact list obtained from loan borrowers mobile through unethical and illegal methods after installing these applications on mobile phone. With such methods they are provoking people to suicide and which eventually resulted in young life’s lost recently in the state of Telangana, Complete details with facts and proofs are attached to this document, Hence we request you to direct Respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 to ban these applications in the state of Telangana under Information Technology Act.2000 69.
