Enrollment Letter: PGPM Program (2021-2023): IBS Gurgaon


Congratulations and welcome to the PGPM program of IBS Gurgaon. Please quote the Enrollment number mentioned
above in all your future correspondence.

Induction Sessions: Induction Sessions commence from May 17, 2021. You are advised to report at IBS Gurgaon on May 17,
2021 at 9 am. Induction Sessions are conducted to provide you an understanding about management education and its
importance for your career growth. Since the students come from various educational backgrounds, to bring them on to the
same platform with reference to some of the management courses, the induction sessions are conducted. Induction Sessions
would give you the overall perspective of Management Education and to understand some of the essential concepts of
management courses to which most of the students are not exposed to. You are strictly advised not to miss out these sessions
as they will make you feel free in understanding the courses in Semester I.

Registration: The Registration date for Semester-I is May 17, 2021. Registration is a formal reporting activity wherein you
have to physically report at IBS Gurgaon, submit the 1st installment of Program Fee along with Caution Deposit
(Refundable) and requisite documents. Registration for the program will be allowed only on payment of requisite fee.

Academic activity commences from May 18, 2021 and students are expected to maintain 75% of attendance to become
eligible to write the examinations. You are, therefore, advised to Register for the program without fail. If you are not able to
Register by May 17, 2021 due to genuine reasons, you should submit late Registration request to Dean, IBS Gurgaon giving
the reasons thereof prior to May 17, 2021 along with payment of 1st installment of Program Fee and Caution Deposit.
Depending on the merit and genuineness of the case, late Registration is permitted till June 7, 2021. Late Registration
requests without payment of Program fee and Caution Deposit will not be considered and students who report for
Registration after June 07, 2021 will not be permitted to Register.

Submission of Documents: You will have to submit the following documents when you report for registration::

Copy of Enrollment Letter


Two recent stamp size and passport size photographs.
Self-attested copies of mark sheets of X, XII and graduation. Candidates in their final year of
graduation are required to submit the self-attested copies of mark sheets of the previous years /
semesters
Graduation Percentage Calculation Sheet provided along with this letter (Annexure-I).

You will have to produce your original certificates for verification on the day of Registration. The
Registration officials will check the original certificates with the self-attested copies and return the
originals to you. Please do not forget to collect your originals after Registration.

informed through Student Handbook which will be provided to you at the campus.

Payment of Program Fee & Caution Deposit: 1st installment of Program Fee along with Caution
Deposit (Refundable) is to be paid by way of Account Payee Bank Demand Draft, drawn on Scheduled
Bank in favor of “IBS - Fee Collection A/c PGPM 2021-23 Gurgaon”, payable at Gurgaon

Payment of any fee by way of Cash is not accepted.

Bridge Loan Facility: In case you are availing education loan and if the sanction is getting delayed
for some reason, you may utilize the bridge loan facility being offered by the Institute by depositing a
bank Demand draft drawn on a Scheduled Bank payable at Gurgaon for ₹ 46,000 on the date of
registration plus three cheques for ₹ 36,000 each dated June 16, 2021; July 16, 2021 and August 16,
2021 respectively totaling to ₹ 1,54,000 (Rupees one lakh fifty-four thousand only) towards 1st
installment of Program Fee and Caution Deposit drawn in favor of “IBS - Fee Collection A/c
PGPM 2021-23 Gurgaon”.

Bank Loan: For any assistance with respect to educational loans from banks, you are requested to
contact on email id finaidcell@ibsindia.org or on Telephone number 040-23440963.

Laptop: All the students are required to have their own laptop with licensed software including
Windows operating system for doing academic work at IBS. The minimum specifications and
configuration required are 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD with latest Processor.

Accommodation: Hostel facility is not available at IBS Gurgaon Campus. However, campus
administration will assist you in finding a suitable Off Campus accommodation (PG Hostel / shared
accommodation) near by the Campus. The hostels available nearby the Campus are being used by IBS
students. The list of hostels available nearby the Campus with their contact person details shall be
provided in the Welcome Letter. IBS Gurgaon does not have any agreement with the hostel
providers.

Reaching the Campus: To assist you in reaching the Campus the Route Map to IBS Gurgaon is
attached (Annexure II).
