1. To update the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Policy and


Procedures:
Some of the important points that need to consider during the recruitment process are as follows.

Accurate job profile – Recruiters always make sure that the job profile described in job portals
will be comprehensive and detailed in which candidate should understand the requirement and
after that they will apply for the required profile. Candidate always make sure that they are
applying for the right and job and they have enough information about their job profile.

Different job portals - Recruiters should always use different job portals in which they can post
everywhere and can easily find their right candidate from the pool of candidates (Wayte, 2013).

Guidance should be preferred – Recruiters always give preference to their employees and make
sure they are getting referral from their existing employees of which they will be rewarded in
monetary or in any other terms.

Coaching should be given – All the employees who are working and who are about to join the
company should be given proper coaching and their skills should be developed on real time
basis.

Unbiased selection – All the recruiters should always focus on hiring the right and deserving
candidate no partiality on the basis of personal relation or on the basis personal preference
should be given to the undeserving candidates (Kwon, et al., 2012).

No discrimination – All the recruiters should always hire the candidate on the basis of their
talent not on the basis of their name, DOB, colour or sex.

Specific hiring – Hiring the right and skilled for a specific role is must in every organization.
They should hire the right candidate for the right role.

Create database – All the recruiters should make sure that they always have spare resumes with
them so they can use them at the time of emergency or specific requirement.
