3. WHEREAS the owner of the said Vehicle is liable to pay Rs._______________

(Rupees___________________) towards quarterly Tax from the quarter beginning
with 01.04.2015 for his vehicle, in terms of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.68,
Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.I) Department dt.13.04.2006 as amended from
time to time and adapted by the Government of Telangana vide G.O.MS.No.2
Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.I) Department dt.17.06.2014 read with
G.O.Ms.No.15 Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.I) Department dt.30.03.2015,
Government of Telangana.
4. And WHEREAS, the owner of the said vehicle filed W.P.No.__________ before
the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and
for the State of Andhra Pradesh challenging the said order levying the quarterly
Tax.
5. AND WHEREAS the Hon'ble High Court passed an interim order dated _________

6. AND WHEREAS in obedience to the interim order of the Hon'ble High Court, this
Indemnity Bond is executed by the Registered owner to ply the above said vehicle
in the State of Telangana, subject to the order dt ______ and the Registered owner
undertakes to pay the amount due from 1.04.2015 as may be ordered by the
Hon'ble High Court .
7. NOW THEREFORE this deed witnesses and it is agreed to undertake to indemnify
