ANDREW: Hi everyone, I’m Andrew, your dedicated Success Manager and I’m thrilled to
start this learning journey with you.

I am passionate about helping you succeed throughout your online learning experience,
with personalised support solutions to any concerns and challenges you might experience.
To tell you a bit about myself: I have been fortunate to work in a support role for the last
three years and in doing so, I have been exposed to different people in various learning
environments. This experience has led me to understand the importance of continuous
learning and motivating others to overcome obstacles in reaching their goals. It has also
given me a tremendous sense of accomplishment assisting others to achieve their goals
and further inspired me to strive to achieve my own goals.

Continuous learning is critical for your success. Even though you’ve made the decision to
embark on this exciting learning adventure, it does require commitment to spend the
required additional hours on your programme work per week. This can be a challenge
when you are faced with pressures of your daily life while managing your programme work.

This is where I come in. I’m here to provide you that necessary support along the way,
assisting you with any barriers that may hinder a smooth and successful learning
experience, from start to completion.

Need to get in touch with us? I will be in touch with you as soon as possible to personally
welcome you to the programme. I am available via phone and email from Monday to Friday
during university partner hours.

Success doesn’t keep office hours; neither do we, and neither should you. If you ever need
support outside of university partner hours, don’t worry. Our team of Global Success
