Student Visa Processes in Madrid


Target Audience: International students who came from non-European countries to Spain

The Challenge
The regulatory processes for obtaining the TIE are extremely time-consuming and onerous.
There is a great deal of information that is puzzling. The objective of this work is to assist
students in gaining an understanding of process.

Situation:
Gabriela is a 26-year-old Colombian who moved to Madrid from Bogotá to pursue a master's
degree in psychology at EAE Business School. She's new to Spain and only has three months
to acquire her TIE, and she has no clue how to acquire it. She knows she needs to do it, but
she has no idea where to start.
She was told it was on Extranjera by the university, but the website is lacking in information,
and she is unsure of the fees she is responsible for and where to pay them. She also received
an email from a company that offered to assist her with the procedure for a fee. A colleague
mentioned our App when she became scared and disoriented.
She would find all of the processes and papers she'd need for her TIE there. It offers a
convenient design and is interactive. She can examine sample documents and even scan them
to ensure that everything is in order. She may use the links to schedule the "citas" and
monitor the procedure from within the app. It also includes a network of people that can
assist her from across the nation.

Our Pitch:
Foreign students frequently have trouble obtaining the TIE; it is a bewildering and difficult
procedure; therefore, we designed this Application to facilitate them. You can locate the
papers you will need in the Application, as well as connect with a community of students
who are going through the same thing, who Obtained TIE and it facilitates to ask questions to
help make the process smoother and easier.

process of getting TIE for the students.
Key Activities: Facilitate the process for students that have go through it. Help with all the
required documents to make it more agile.
Key resources: Application, Information, Documentation Required, Government Website for
regular updates are the key resources for us.
Cost Structure: Development of the application and Salaries to the employees who are into
application maintenance and regular updating of it.
Revenue Streams: Advertising from different companies like Housing, Insurance, Shopping.
Value Propositions: Aiding the international students to get their TIE. Establish and enhance
the communication between users. And assisting the students to know the required
documentation for TIE Procedure.
