ROOF
 WARRANTY

1.The seller warrants each new product manufactured by it to be free from defects workmanship for one
year.
2.The seller’s obligation is limited to repair or replace the defective part(s), as its option ,free of charge,
FOB seller’s factory ,without assembly of these parts during the warranty period. As long as it is not prior
agreed otherwise, this warranty will be in force only if the equipment will be performed at most eight
hours a day. The equipments which are not manufactured by seller are not covered by the warranty; If
there is ,each has its own warranty. Any equipment shall not be sent back under warranty conditions with-
out written permission of seller in advance. This warranty dose not cover any workmanship cost of assem-
bly/disassembly ,shipment and any other relevant taxes. Once the warranty period expires, such responsi-
bilities come to end. All of the complaints shall be written directly.
3.This warranty shall not cover products or parts which have been damaged by normal wearing, negligent
use ,misuse, unauthorized alteration/repair ,wrong maintenance ,accident ,wrong installation or malfunc-
tion of any other part which is assembled to the seller’s product. Any expense due to the repair or rectify
shall not be charged unless seller sends a written permission explicitly. In no event shall the seller be liable
for any private ,direct, ncirect ,incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to ,loss of
anticipated profits, cost increasement due to the operation of other equipments.
4.The seller has no obligation or responsibility of any warranty which is made by its dealer, agent or dis-
tributor.
5.Seller has no responsibility of any warranty until the whole payment is made in agreed conditions.
6.This warranty constitutes the manufacturer’s entire and sole warranty and the manufacturer expressly
disclaims any and all other warranties including but not limited to express and implied warranties as to
merchantability, fitness for particular purposes sold ,and description or quality of the product furnished
here under.
7.The seller makes no warranty of any kind except hereunder specified.
8.The equipment shall be installed and operated as per seller’s instructions. Otherwise, warranty will be
voided.
9. If the whole content of system are not constituted by original equipments which are produced by the
manufacturer, this warranty will be non-operative.
10.Grain storage silos and grain handling equipments are designed for grain and/or other free flowing ma-
terials. Use of other materials will void the warranty. Purchaser is liable for the safe storage of parts. The
warranty will be avoided if the white rust occurs on the parts when they are exposed to rain ,moisture and
so on. If possible ,storage in a closed area is the best.
11.All the grain and feed storage silos are designed to be loaded only from center. Other than center load-
ing /unloading methods may lead to structural damage on the silo. After center unloading is fin-
ished ,intermediate wells shall be used in sequence for the silo bottom clearance. Any sequence fault may
lead to structural damages which are not covered by limited warranty. Wrong assembly of the tempera-
ture control cables may also lead to structural damages which are not covered by limited warranty.
12.All of the silos are designed to be fully loaded until 25 mm below the top sidewall ring with the natural
grain repose angle.Loading over this height will lead to structural damages such as applying overpressure
on the lower roof and/or causing blockage of the vents shall be provided to get enough air. Blockage of
the roof vents shall be prevented especially usage in cold/humid weathers.
13.Standard grain storage silos are designed according to UNC97 American norm ,Zone 0,144km/hour
wind velocity ,75kg/m roof snow load. Other than extra strength is optional which is subject to charge and
it shall be specified prior to the order.

 SAFETY GUIDELINES

This manual contains information that is important for you, the owner/operator, to know and
understand. This information relates to protecting personal safety and preventing
equipment problems. It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to inform anyone
operating or working in the area of this equipment of these safety guidelines. To help you
recognize this information, we use the symbols that are defined below. Please read the
manual and pay attention to these sections. Failure to read this manual and its safety
instructions is a misuse of the equipment and may lead to serious injury or death.

OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS

The user / operator must be competent and experienced to operate auger equipment.
Anyone who works with or around augers must have good common sense in order to be
qualified. These persons must also know and meet all other qualifications, such as;

1. Any person who has not read and / or does not understand all operation and safety
procedures is not qualified to operate any auger systems.
2. Certain regulations apply to personnel operating power machinery. Personnel under
the age of 18 years may not operate power machinery, including augers. It is your
responsibility, as owner and / or supervisor, to know what these regulations are in
your area or situation.
3. Unqualified or incompetent persons are to remain out of work area.
It is necessary for the employer to train the employee in the safe operating and safety
procedures for this auger. It is strongly recommended that another qualified person
who knows the shutdown procedure is in the area in the event of emergency. A
person who had not read this manual and understands all operating and safety
instructions is not qualified to operate the machine.

 GENERAL SAFETY

• Do not make any alterations to the equipment. Such alterations may produce a very
dangerous situation, where SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH may occur.

• This equipment shall be installed in accordance with any regulations or installation codes
that are required by law. Authorities having jurisdiction should be consulted before
installations are made.

• Untrained operators subject themselves and others to SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH.

NEVER allow untrained personnel to operate this equipment.

• Keep children and other unqualified personnel out of the working area at ALL times.

• Never start equipment until ALL persons are clear of the work area.

• Be sure ALL operators are adequately rested and prepared to perform ALL functions of
operating this equipment.

• Keep hair, loose clothing and shoestrings away from rotating and moving parts. NEVER
wear loose fitting clothing when working around augers.

• NEVER allow any person intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to operate
the equipment.

• NEVER allow anyone inside a silo, truck or wagon which is being unloaded by an auger or
conveyor. Flowing grain can trap and suffocate in seconds.

• Make sure someone is nearby who is aware of the proper shutdown sequence in the event
of an accident or emergency.

• NEVER work alone.

• ALWAYS think before acting. NEVER act impulsively around the equipment.

• Make sure ALL equipment is locked in position before operating.

• Keep hands and feet away from the auger intake or other moving parts.

• NEVER attempt to assist machinery operation or to remove trash from equipment while in
operation.

• Use ample overhead lighting after sunset to light the work area.

• ALWAYS lockout ALL power to the equipment when finished unloading.

• Keep area around intake free of obstacles such as electrical cords, blocks, etc.
that might trip workers.

 Follow Safety Instructions

Carefully read all safety messages in this manual and on your machine safety signs.
Keep signs in good condition. Replace missing or damaged safety signs. Be sure
new equipment components nents and repair parts include the current safety signs.
Replacement safety signs are available from the manufacturer.

Learn how to operate the machine and how to use controls properly. Do not let
anyone operate without instruction.

Keep your machinery in proper working condition.

Practice Safe Maintenance

Understand service procedures before doing work. Keep area clean and
dry. Never lubricate, service, or adjust machine while it is in operation.
Keep hands, feet, and clothing from all rotating parts. Keep all parts in
good condition and properly installed. Fix damage immediately. Replace
worn or broken parts. Remove
ove any build up of grease, oil, or debris.

Prepare For Emergencies

Be prepared if fire starts.

Keep a first aid kit and fire extinguisher handy. Keep emergency numbers for
doctors, ambulance

telephone.

 Wear Protective Clothing

Wear close fitting clothing and safety equipment appropriate to the job.

Safety glasses should be worn at all times to protect eyes from debris.

Wear gloves to protect your hands from sharp edges on plastic or steel
parts.

A respirator may be needed if a hog house has poor ventilation. Waste

fumes can be toxic.

Wear hard hat and steel toe boots to help protect your head and toes
from falling debris.

Remove all jewelry.

Tuck in any loose or dangling shoe strings.

INSTRUCTION: Bird stob is assembled inner of silo, roof clip is assembled outer of silo. Details are given following pages.
Holes of stiffener are not available in economic hopper silo, do not take consideration this.
Start the assemby of side sheet by taking consireation of roof ladder and silo ladder.

 After completed assembly of roof panels, connect roof clips to side sheet. Before tight the bolts,
press onto the roof panels.

 Safety Ring is available in 07 and 08 model roofs and it is assembled to 4th hole from bottom.
Safety ring consists of 3 parts. It is mounted to roof with special connection piece. Joint bolt (gijon)
is used to tension the safety ring.
