Primary characteristics
These valves are made of drop-forged steel, and the
distinctive characteristics of this valve type include:
Direct-welded stainless steel sealing surfaces
Stem made of stainless steel
Stem-guided, spring-loaded disc
Stuffing box packing of expanded graphite for
minimum maintenance

Design
The stop check valves have outside screw and yoke
and is fitted with a handweel. The valve type has
bolted connection between body and bonnet.
Back-seating protects the stuffing box packing when
the valve is in operation. The disc is guided by the
stem and is spring-loaded. The flow path through the
valve is straight and the sealing surfaces are flat.

Applications
The valves are equipped with packing made of a
material suitable for air, oil, steam or water. If the
valves are to be used for other media, please specify Technical specification
this in the order together with relevant data for pressure Material Carbon steel
and temperature. Range of sizes DN 15-50
